Can you make your food diary public? You're eating more than you think if you haven't seen a loss in over a month.

2 turkey burger patties with mustard and tzatziki sauce. A tomato and cucumber greek salad with goat chevre and Mediterranean dressing.

Yep.

You and me both. We might as well start adopting cats.

If I believed this was real, which I *don't*, Jasiek wants a green card. And as a Pole, I could see how his Polish brain could try to request splitting the rent and having it come out as you need to pay me. That's if I believed this was real, which it isn't. For my sanity's sake, it can't be.

I've known people who've used such a service and it worked for them and my jaw dropped when they told me the cost. If you need that accountability it might be worth it. From my observations, they'll have you eating single ingredient foods, weighed out on the scale and either logging or sending them screenshots of your…

Creatine takes time to saturate your muscles...about a month, hence the 4 weeks. Nothing will happen to you if you stop before then. I take it after lunch along with my BCAAs...I don't think it really matters when as long as you are consistent.

She is a liar. If she's talking, she's lying.

2 eggs per day. Sometimes 3.

Just focus on losing the *next* pound. And when that comes off, focus on the *next* pound. Don't look beyond the next pound. They will add up. You can do this.

What do you enjoy eating? Start there. I work 8-4 M-F and by the time I go to the gym and come home it's 8pm. I tend to meal plan on what I can get on sale at the grocery store. I utilize my crockpot a lot. This week I got 5 chicken breasts on sale. Seasoned them and threw them in the crockpot. Dinner has been a simple…

I took a look through a couple weeks in June and then this last week. It doesn't look to me like you are *weighing* your food items. You have repeating entries that are always identical. Are you weighing things to the exact same oz every time you have them? Fast food/meals out are always going to be off. I see a lot of…

5'7" and 145lbs. I'm in a size 2/4.

5'7" and my body seems to like to sit at 145. My bodyfat via DEXA scan was 21% 2 years ago. I'd estimate it in the high teens now. I'd say I have an average frame.

152reps rx. I got farther than I thought I would so I'm happy.

I've lost 51lbs and I have always had at least 1 coffee a day with cream and sugar. Sometimes 2, occasionally 3. It just depended how I wished to allot my calories that day. Staying in a caloric deficit is all that matters to losing weight.

Until you try it, how do you know? Commit to 30 days and see if it makes a difference for you. That's how I approached it cause I thought it was crazy to weigh one's food. That was 3.5years and 49lbs ago. It literally takes me seconds per meal. (I still eat out at restaurants)
-
All the little caloric estimations add up over the day and it is easy to wipe out your deficit. If you understand that and want to accept those results, go for it. If you want reliable weight loss, you need to dial it in. Neither way is right or wrong, what fits with your life right now? If I'm not dieting, I won't weigh…

Almost all of your entries are in cups. Nothing really looks weighed to me. You're eating more than you think you are.

With only 10lbs to lose, you have no room for error. Your logging has to be spot on. Your diary is still closed so either you have an undisclosed/undiagnosed thyroid issue or something is off in your tracking. I was sidelined by an injury at the time of my last cut and those were pure vanity pounds for me. I lost 1lb/week…

It should count towards one's daily steps. :p

I don't log my food because it's too time consuming If you want to lose weight you'll have to get more precise with your caloric intake. If not, these are your results. The choice is yours. What exactly is so time consuming about weighing and logging your food? It takes me seconds per meal to weigh everything and a few…

5lb in a month is a normal rate of weight loss. Keep doing what you're doing. Keep the focus on losing the next pound and not all the pounds after that. They will add up.

I lost a number of people who I thought were my friends. 0-10lbs I got congratulations. 10-20lbs I got great job through gritted teeth. Anything over 20lbs, I had ED comments thrown my way and I even had someone throw a tantrum when I refused a cupcake that was brought in to our lunchroom for whomever. This person went out…
