I eat 3 eggs a day, one egg white2

I eat 2 whole boiled eggs every morning. It keeps me full and keeps me from snacking while waiting for supper.2

I usually eat two eggs a day during the week. I've read lots of things about lots of food and I've learned to ignore about 90% of it.7

2 eggs per day. Sometimes 3.1
-
An omelette made with 1 egg and 1/3 cup egg white - no specific meal. Sometimes I feel its perfect for dinner0

0-2 per day. One with breakfast, most days, and then one "in" something else, most days. Probably about 8 per week I would guess. Husband does the same and we go through at least a dozen every week.1
-
Maybe 1-2 per week spread throughout baking/cooking. My husband eats 2 every day for breakfast. If you have genetically messed-up cholesterol (familial hypercholesterolemia) you probably shouldn't eat a lot, but everybody else is probably OK.2
-
None during the week, 3 - 4 total on weekends.2
-
I eat 1 - 2 whole eggs about 5 days a week.
I'll eat them hard boiled, in my breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, waffles, french toast or in recipes.7 -
i usually eat 3 whole eggs for breakfast. and sometimes more during the day. sometimes only egg whites, but sometimes whole eggs. I can easily polish off 6 eggs in a day.
PS - my bad cholesterol is lower than the low on that scale thing every time I do my yearly blood tests. and my good cholesterol is higher than the high. it befuddles my doctor every time.2 -
who told you to limit your eggs? hogwash I'll eat as many eggs as I wish, thank you very much.5
-
2-4 depending on the day.2
-
2 a week maybe. 5th year on MFP... so tired of eggs.2
-
2 eggs 2-3 times a week. Could eat everyday. I love them! Fried, scrambled with cheese, poached with white vinegar and salt on top, soft boiled, hard boiled, egg salad in lettuce wraps...so many ways to eat. Relatively cheap protein source too.5

I go through phases. Who said 7 a day?0

2-4 a day. I love eggs - so easy and delicious.1

Dietary and blood cholesterol are two completely different things, if that is why you were told to limit eggs. If you like eggs, eat eggs. I don't think 2-3 per day is unrealistic.3

I don't like eggs that much.0 -
The results speak for themselves.9 -
An egg every morning. Sometimes for lunch an egg white veggie omelet - 2 whites, 1 whole egg. When I do all e.g. white, it just doesn't stay with me. Cholesterol numbers are perfect, so I'm not worried. Love eggs ... great source of protein and very versatile. And every other minute the news changes as to what is good for you. I remember when coffee and red wine were the enemy. Now they prolong life. Go figure. Who knows what it will be tomorrow? I think only people with heart/cholesterol issues really need to watch their egg amounts.2

No more than 7 per week is what I think OP is talking about. Used to be a common recommendation.
It's one I (daringly or not) ignore. I usually eat 2 eggs in an omelet around 5 mornings per week, and sometimes eggs at a non breakfast meal, so I'll average around 12 per week, although sometimes I go through stages where I am tired of them and eat less or even none. My guess is around 500 per year. ;-)2 -

Right, a week. I should have read my own post before hitting reply. Thanks.
I guess I've never heard that exact edict before. hmm.0 -
I eat about 12 egg whites per week...if I do fry whole eggs I will usually do one with 2 or 3 egg whites.1
-
It varies. Probably 1 a day on average.0
-
Usually 2-3 per day. Hard boiled egg for breakfast, lunch and late afternoon snack before dinner. Adding a hard boiled egg at meals has helped keep me full and satisfied.2
-
0-3 per week. Any more or more often than that and I get gastro issues.1

I'd like to eat more eggs (they're low cal and I find them filling), and occasionally I can have a couple (like once every 3 or 4 months) ... but if I have any more than that within the next week or so, I'm in agony. Feels like my gallbladder area.
So, I think the last time I had eggs was on holiday at the end of June ... and I didn't feel particularly well that night or the next day.1 -
2-4 eggs most days of the week, I keep boiled eggs in the fridge.....never get tired of them.0
-
I eat a hardboiled egg every single day during the workweek for a snack. On the weekends, I might eat 2 eggs a day for breakfast, so I'm definitely a little over that.0
-
My husband and I raise chickens and always have an abundance of eggs...I eat a minimum of 2 per day and sometimes 3 or even 4 if I eat them for 2 different meals.2
