How many eggs per day do you eat?

Usually none. Only on days that i make breakfast for dinner because I don't eat actual breakfast (in the mornings)0

I eat 2 for breakfast almost every day. And I sometimes eat more at other meals or in recipes.0

I eat as many eggs as I want! Some days I have none, some days I have 2-4. It just depends on what I feel like eating. Recent research indicates that the link between diary cholesterol and blood cholesterol is not as sound as we once thought; I don't worry about it as long as I'm eating a variety of good foods.0

I usually eat two eggs for breakfast each morning. Paired with an apple it keeps me full till lunch.0

Cheap. High protein. YES. I go through 3 doz ish a week. So that's... five a day, on average. Maybe a little more. We get 4 dozen at the store, but my husband eats some of them.
In fairness, I do almost always separate mine and eat just the (cooked!) whites.0 -
An egg a day keeps the doctor away. I eat around half a dozen and I havnt been in to see doc in quite awhile0

2 for breakfast nearly every day; sometimes 1-2 more. Best thing I know of for chasing the hunger demons away.1

One egg a day as part of my breakfast!0

None most days; 3 when I do which is usually only once a week or 2 at most.0

I don't have them every day but if I'm averaging it from a weeks worth probably about 1-2 whole eggs per day. I'm not a fan of skipping out on the yolk either.0

Usually 2-4 eggs per week
And 1-2 litres of egg whites0 -
3 in the morning for my veggie omelette. Maybe one or two for a snack in a pinch especially after a workout.0

I usually have 2 boiled eggs for breakfast on weekdays. On weekends I rarely eat breakfast.0

One egg along with two tablespoons of egg whites every night.0

0-3 whole eggs a week. I might also mix with egg whites (for more protein value), but I go through spells when eggs get tiring and/or bored with them.0

I love eggs - Make as many recipes as I can with them; therefore, I would say I average 2-4 per day between whole eggs and egg whites based on what I am making and how many calories I have to play with for a meal. This morning was 2 eggs with an egg white, mixed with sweet potato hash, riced cauliflower, corn/black bean salsa and turkey sausage. A whole lotta yum for 350 calories! For dinner, I had an entire bag of power blend veggies, a chicken sausage, marinara sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, some shrimp and a fried egg for another 350 calories. My blood work has been stellar for the last two years (since I started MFP). Good stuff1

3-4 eggs for breakfast every morning. It has helped make this process so much easier because it helps me not feel like I'm dieting. Sometimes I have them fried sunny side up, but mostly I make omelettes. The omelettes cook fast and give me a lot of opportunity for creativity and playing around with different taste profiles to keep me interested. And finally, they're cheap!
Cheap, delicious, easy to make, fast to prepare, solid protein base to start the morning, easy to pair with other flavors and foods -- what's not to love?2 -
1-3 depending on the day. Just started eating egg whites. Yum!0

I love eggs! Sunday night I usually boil about 6-8 eggs for the week. Usually 2 for breakfast.0
-
I was eating 2 a day. Recently increased to 3 a day for more protein.0
