I'm on the 1200-calorie per day also and ADDICTED to coffee. I use 1 TBS honey and 1/2 cup nonfat milk in my coffee :-) Sometimes I have two cups per day.

I have taken Celexa for 2-3 years. The only thing that has affected my weight is exercising and calories! Good luck! I weighed about 20 pounds more when I started on the drug :-)

These are SO funny! My now ex-husband and I were having an argument about what time we should leave for dinner that night. I was so mad I hopped in the car and put it in reverse. This is MY FAVORITE dessert lately! I either add: 1 TBS of peanut butter, or a spoonful of cocoa powder. I also add a little sweetener (stevia). I'd rather have this than "real" ice cream anytime! Try it!

I've ordered steamed chicken with mixed veggies and steamed rice. Only eat about 1/4 to 1/3 of the dish. It's not the most appealing looking plate, but it tastes good with some soy sauce. I ordered this last Friday night at the local take out place and made 3 meals out of it. Good luck!

Buy the strongest toothpaste and mouthwash you can find and brush your teeth, then gargle with the mouthwash. NOTHING tastes good after that!

PS, I know everyone is different, but the two times I attempted incorporating Splenda into my diet (this was about 3 years apart, too), I experienced really weird heart or chest muscle pain that I'd never had before nor have had since. Just FYI. I'm really scared of it.
