I only use sweet n low sugar substitute, and two tablespoons skim milk, cuz I hate the taste of any liquid dairy product. Some days I drink it black, depending on the mood. Espresso is black as well, love it so much that I have an espresso maker at my house and at the bf's, even tho he doesn't drink coffee. I cannot live…

I just started doing the 30 Day Shred at the beginning of the month and I have roughly lost 5lbs doing the level one for 5 days a week, along with cardio. I started developing some good, solid muscle already. December I'll start level 2 and I'm already looking forward to it. I def give her workouts a thumbs up.

Make sure you're drinking all your water. Being even slightly dehydrated will make your metabolism drop. As for exercise, switch it up. Try different activities. I usually make one day a week a go-hard-or-go-home day, then go a little easier the next day. Best of luck. I hope you can get back on track.

Be careful tho. One of my best friends had it done by a certified plastic surgeon and she got really sick and an infection from the procedure. Do your homework wisely.

Mine isn't really food. My problem is smoking. I know it's holding me back from going the extra mile but it is hard to quit, since I have been lighting up for near on 9 years. Managed to cut down to four a day compared to a pack a day back 4 and a half months ago. It's a work in progress.

I know what you mean. Stress is downright awful. I personally use meditation, walk in the woods, or just take it out on my punching bag.

No. Yoga is one of the hardest things in my opinion. Anyone can lift a dumbbell. Not everyone can do a Tittibhasana (firefly pose). I still can't.

I say that you should include or exclude them depending on how you feel. I personally clean my house every morning and count them into my cals burned, but I don't use it as exercise only. I still work out every day and try to get the most optimal cal burn. Things like washing the car yourself i would def include, because…
