if you have a smart phone you can search for apps...i found daily arm workout, daily leg workout, daily abs workout, daily butt workout, daily yoga workout, and daily cardio workout...they all come in both free and paid apps...each can be done in 5 to 10 minutes

i found that it helped me boost my cardio endurance better than any of the other cardio machines while also working the core...i personally started on lower settings and every few minutes increased them until i maxed out

I weight in Wednesday mornings after i use the bathroom and before i eat anything and i weigh myself naked lol

weight and sizes don't necessarily correlate but just to give an idea i was a 12/14 when i started at 190 and now i'm in a 6 headed for a 4 and i weigh 150

if you have a smart phone or ipod touch/ipad there are some "daily workout" apps for different body areas that all you really need are something to act as light weights and yourself...they give you options of a 5, 7.5 or 10 minute workout for each body part and you really will feel it...it worked beautifully for a friend…
