I'd increase your excerise ... even though exercising gives us extra calories you can burn I always try to stay within (or under) the amount of calories I start out with eat day ... been working for me so far .. lost 5.8 pounds with this weeks weigh in

Honesty the best thing to do is go to a shoe store in your area and talk with a sales person about your needs. Every brand of shoe fits so differently. Happy Shopping!

Coffee pot definitely ... I gotta have my coffee in the morning and on rainy days I hate to go out. So going to a gas station for a cup of Joe wouldn't work for me. I'm a zombie without that daily dose of caffeine. :laugh:

I had one of those taken out a few years ago. Hopefully it will completely heal soon! Best thing to do since exercising is hard it to keep tracking those calories, avoid the temptations from family and friends, and try doing upper body exercises. It'll help keep you motivated. Best wishes! :smile:
