What does MFP tell you? If you still have green numbers on your home page, eat more.

(tip: It still has green numbers)

mine is at 1450 which I don't know how I can do this. seems like I'm hungry from the start of the morning to the time i sleep. I'm just used to eating anything I want. Also Doing P90X which begs for a lot of protein but trying to at least stay relatively close to my daily goal.

What are you eating? How long have you been trying?
  • I've been eating cereal in the morning, turkey sandwich for lunch, and some fruits, and since there is calories left I would eat little bits of suckers and maybe crackers.

I would say if you really do only have 10-11 lbs to lose, maybe set your MFP goals to lose only 1/2 lb per week instead (if you haven't already).

A friend of mine told me to add sugar to your profile she wasn't losing either, she was eiating lots of fruits? When she saw that she was eating too much sugar (do to fruit) and cut down on that, the weight started coming off. I -added sodium and sugar to my profile, the candy suckers have sugar too so that maybe your problem to much sugar.

Fruit is good for you. Please don't stop eating it.
  • so eating fruits, like a lot of it is not going to help losing weight? because everyday I mostly depend on eating fruits from morning to afternoon. Like, four peach, two banana maybe, is that too much fruits?

I'd increase your excerise ... even though exercising gives us extra calories you can burn I always try to stay within (or under) the amount of calories I start out with eat day ... been working for me so far .. lost 5.8 pounds with this weeks weigh in

Have you tried changing your MFP goals so you are eating more?

I'd be willing to bet that none of us got overweight by overeating fruit. :noway:
  • I've lost 8 pound with 2.5 month and now my weight is not moving down at all, and I just can't figure out what's wrong with my diet. I exercise at least 2 hour a day and the net calories always under 1300.

    Ah, there we go.

I mean, Click on "goals" on your home page, and change your goals to lose 1/2 lb per week, if you haven't already done so. See how many calories that gives you. When you are so close to your goal weight, it's hard to lose 1-2 lbs per week. Your weight loss will probably be slower now anyway.
  • ohh.... i was thinking that maybe it's getting harder for me to lose weight because I already lost 8 pound. thank you.
