it's not worthless. Eat less, move more. Any strides in that direction aren't worthless...maybe they aren't as effective as your doctor thinks you can be, but that doesn't make them worthless. Work up to doing more, but stick to where you are. Don't get discouraged.

I did this for a few weeks and then started to struggle. I just did my initial test over again and was going to restart this week. My starting is now 14 (it was 6 the last time). I really like this challenge, and I really do think it works. I'd love the company to restart this. :)

this topic is awesome I love laughing cow cheese! Even though the sodium often kills my totals, they are delicious and can replace so many other things for me (mayo, higher cal cheese etc!)

measure based on whatever scale you used to start. If the gym scale and your scale are different than you probably lost the same amount of weight that you thought you did (7 pounds), but if you had started out with the gym scale your starting weight would have probably been 190...most scales area little off.

I really try to focus on my goals. So when the temptation is there I remind myself of all the reasons I am working on being healthier. Helps me build my resistance and will power. :)
