I am still here - made my 10% of body weight goal from last year - but inched back up towards the end - not a crisis just need to renew the concentration and remember how I did it . So this yeat another ten% means 23 pounds. That's totally doable. so heres to January (and february and march..:smile: ) sian

I always liked water, so that's easy. I find I like a good salad more than I used to. I have a friends who is a long time Vegitarian, any time I eat one of her salads I think how good they are. I'm starting super easy. I logged in everyday this week - certainly makes you aware of what goes in. My sister has been strapped to a fuel band now for a week. she loves the fact that you know what you are expending - in the exercise.
