I only log my weight on here once a month whether I gain or lose. I C no need 2 log ups & downs each day. I've been going by how my clothes fit & how i look in the mirror lately. Those 2 combined R more accurate than a scale :o)

Maybe cut down on your carbs for a week or two, like stay around 20 carbs per day (total carbs - dietary fiber & sugar alcohol = carb count). Gd luck. You can do it!!! Maybe you just need to trick your body by changing your diet for a week or two.

When I stop eating a low carb diet I get migraines, egdy, bloated, gassy, and I fee like sh** so I hear ya. When I eat low carb, like around 20 carbs per day, I have none of those symptoms. Keep doing what you're doin. Nobody likes to hang around with a fart!!!
