    Me either! They freeze in my ice cream and then they are hard to chew. It hurts my teeth.

    If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. As much as they advertise, and catch our eye - people order things like this left and right. They are just money makers. Take it from someone who has tried just about every diet there can be. Utilize this site with either a low fat/ sensible calorie eating plan, low carb plaln or whatever works for you but Please don't fall for any scams like this. There are so many other ways to lose without putting a man-made product on your food. Gd luck & God bless~
