I'm 21 and a workaholic student wanting to feel physically able and energized like I did in high school.not necessarily looking at weight loss. But more slimming the waist.
I'm not to far off so it can be done

You already have an advantage of first of all being young & it sounds like U don't hv far 2 go 2 get ur results. I'm 52 & hvg a hell of a time losing even tho I walk, exercise, stay under 1200 calories & eat healthy 98% of the time I weighed 185 after my hubby passed away, and it took long 2 lose the weight I'm at now. Now I gotta lose abt 30 more & I'll B a happy camper. Keep it up or it will take you down as time goes by. Then it will be harder to lose what u worked hard getting. WTG on the post~0
