There was always cookies and treats in my house, which was one of the reasons I got so large because I ate it because it was there. Hey Ella! It is always worth trying new methods if you struggle with others, I found joining MFP and tracking my food intake it helped a lot. Yeah cream and sugar add up quickly, I dropped sugar from my coffee a long time ago. I usually order my Tim's with half a cream, was able to drink it black for a while but the after taste from it isn't the best.

I have been playing Dead Rising 2 a lot, on my second play through with a friend right now. Nearly level 50 then after we complete it I guess I will try and go for a few of the achievements. Hope September brings another great title or two! Also I have yet to try the free DLC that came with it but I will give it a go soon!

Have never played the Multiplayer on any of the games but I played the whole series so far, I'd say the best is Brotherhood then AC2. I liked AC3 it was fun and refreshing with a few new additions to it. Not sure if I will purchase AC4 but I would love to borrow it if a friend does!

Welcome and this app definitely one of the real reasons I have lost what I have since I started here, specially when you get a good group of friends to motivate you and keep you going! Makes it a lot easier to keep track of all your nutrition! You seem off to a good start, keep it up!

Wow seems like you knew what you wanted to get done and jumped right at it! Seems like a really good routine you have, don't forget to mix up meals and workouts so you don't get too bored of them. But what you are doing will get you where you want to be, keep it up!

I play a lot of Xbox most of the time, usually Halo 4, Minecraft, L4D2 or sports game or the odd other game! On Assassin's Creed 3 now, friend lent me the series so almost done playing through it.
