the definition is great. is this the 30 day shred you are doing, or a diff one? do you do other exercise with it?

i am doing this too. on day seven tonight. i had to skip yesterday as i was working and then at a funeral. back to it tonight. its tough but i hope it works. scales has not budged for me though in the first week. disappointed with that as am also following slimming world!

slice them in the centre...put in a tablespoon of low fat philadelphia garlic and herb....or another cheese you like.....maybe add peppers if you like. bake in oven

hey there....am not sure if its the way to go but also looking for the answer...i love my carbs and always have way too much so am gonna try and change. when you say the protewin shakes are really making a difference what difference do you mean? do they make you lose body fat and shape up or what?
