hi guys....quick question...

my daily allowance is 1200 calories a day. is that the amount of calories i am allowed to eat and then i store all my exercise calories. i burn almost six hundred ion the gym every day almost........dont wanna be eating too litlle or anything to mess up weight loss so wondering do i total my food at 1200 or add in my exercise calories and eat 1800?

    Ya,Your supposed to eat your 1200 calories...and eat your exercise calories.From what i hear seems like alot of peeps only eat half the exercise calories just in case calorie counters on mfp arent as accurate.
