  • Ok so my OPINION is if you don't have any issues due to the lack of eating breakfast, and you feel breakfast doesn't enhance YOUR performance, i don't think it should be a question. if your doctor says you are fine and it's not causing any complications then no you don't need breakfast. I eat breakfast every morning,…
  • "This is my own personal routine and style" I have an extremely dense build so when I started working out I only did cardio until I started getting "giggly" then I started adding strength training. I found it to help me not look or feel like I am getting "bulky." Like I said this is just me, everybody believes different…
  • Thanks everyone :). I will look into it, I just have so many little projects going on, that I wanted to see if somebody already seen results from any products.
  • Everybody has a theory on what you should and shouldn't do. The simple answer is there is no simple answer :). Our body is nothing but a chain of complex reactions. And anybody with any chemistry knowledge knows that there are many things that influence reactions. The reason why some things work (or work faster) for some…
  • Who is Dr. Oz??? lol
  • When you lose motivation, get down to bra and panties, turn whatever kinda of music you like on, get a mirror and sweat. Well at least that works for me. Feeling sexy and free at whatever size seems to help boost my spirits. But just keep pushing you might be close to your breakthrough.. Hope you find what works for you :)
  • I started my weight loss journey 2 years ago, and started with taking Oxy Elite pro for about a year and lost 40lbs, I don' t have any health issues, and for a year I have not taking it since. I will lose weight on my own (maybe about 5lbs-10lbs) and then gain it back. On Oxy, even after I stopped taking I never gained…

  • Same here. You said clinicals? Would you happen to be in med school? I'm planning on going to med school and that's one of my biggest fears, is being stressed out and overwieght for the rest of my life  But there are some hard core planners on here I can take a few pointers from them.
  • Lol no prob I write essays as well, i try not though. But I am studying Biochemistry and I have 2 minors Spanish and Biology. And great advice, I can try the low carb thing. I am suppose to be on a low carb high protien fitness challenge, but I'm waiting on my paycheck to get rolling on that.
  • Thanks everybody for the help and support, I am learning how to plan and not procrastinate so I'm glad I'm the right track. I got my workout days planned, but things always seem to overlap, and homework seems to be piling up. As far as nutrition goes, I thought I ate relative good, but MFP has helped me realize I don't…
  • If you hate exercise, pretend to be a kid again, young, active and happy. Play pretend, use your imagination. I know it sounds silly and quite frankly dumb, but when I'm at home alone I play pretend. I've always wanted to be a dancer, so I pretend be a famous dancer. Or you can jump rope, and if you have a significant…
  • I feel the same way. And I can't fit into cute club clothes. :(
  • Lie: exercise makes me gain weight Truth: I'm just lazy and like to eat :drinker:
  • Good luck!! I know after you lose so much, weight lost slows down, but when you reach that point don't get discourage :)

  • lol I know me and my roommate are straying away form already prepared foods but our dinners are starting to get boring. And our other creative dinners are high in calories. ::embarassed:
  • Hey I'm not an expert, but yes it is normal for your body to fluctuate in weight. Normally your body has its own fluctuation gradient. I tend to fluctuate between +- 5lbs, but everyone's body is different. When you get to know your body you will know and see when you're truly losing and gaining. Most people gain or lose 2…
