You CANNOT target fat loss to a specific spot on your body.

Your "flat belly" dessert will not, in fact, make your belly flat. The greek yogurt cake may be a better option than normal cake, but by no means will eating that cake make your belly flat.

Please stop saying that it will.

    It was specifically called the a flat belly dessert. IT was chocolate cake mix, greek yogurt, water, strawberries, blueberries and shavings of dark chocolate.

    It looked really good though.

    I swear on my life Oz had the entire audience use ketone test strips on their urine to test for diabetes on the show. Because... ketones in your urine is totally only caused by diabetes. :/
