these are the things I keep at work: 100 calorie popcorn is my go to snack...also nutri-grain bars, almonds, sunflower seeds, olives, pickles, and my fav. chocolate mini wheats (I eat them without milk for a snack at work)

I think most MFP's don't eat back their exercise calories but you can eat them back and still lose weight, but maybe not as quickly.

I bought a set of 4 candles/ $20 from Sam's club. I am going to use them for teacher gifts. They come in their own boxes so all you have to do is put a ribbon around them. Latest thing for little boys I know of is anything from the Cars 2 movie... Men, who knows?

If you life to Dance try Hip Hop Abs It really helps work your core without doing sit ups or crunches... It is easy to do and fun. you can probably find it used online.
