Are you eating plenty of non starchy veg? They have water weight and fiber and help you feel full. Also, potatoes are the most filling food on the planet. Do a 50/50 plate with every meal do you can eat larger quantities. Read The Starch Solution! You really can eat a lot and continue to lose.

Baked oats (broccoli_mum recipe on Insta) Topped with berries and a banana and some almond milk. My favorite ❤️ I eat a high fiber plant based oil-free diet. Eat more, weigh less!

I agree with whole foods plant based and no oil. Get oil and animal based food out of your diet. Look up Well Your World, Broccoli Mum and Lean With Plants on youtube/instagram Books I recommend are The Starch Solution and How Not To Die.

Kite Hill cream cheeses and ricotta are amazing! For hard, Dr Cow has really good nut cheeses.

Beans are great for protein. For snacks, I have rice cakes with vegan cream cheese and cucumber, spinach, tomato...a little sea salt, apple or celery with nut butter or hummus. Vegan yogurt or chia pudding with fresh fruit can be satisfying, too. Search Pinterest for low cal veg snack ideas.

So, I will do 1-2 minutes at 1 (or 2 or 3) and then 1-2 minutes at 6 (or 7 or 8) etc. Im always dripping with sweat at the end. I do 3-3.25 miles (takes about 43-45 minutes) and…
