5'5 girls goal weight?

125-130. My current weight fluctuates between 138 and 140. I'm 53

I'm 5'5" SW 153, CW 128.5, GW 120ish. My measurements are 34-27-35.5 and I'm more of a straight build. I'm training for an IM so I want to get leaner.0

I started at 175 (BMI 30) and my goal is at least 140 (BMI ~24) but I would like to maintain somewhere around the mid 130s (BMI ~22-23) depending on how easily the pounds come off and how I look and feel when I get there
My lowest wright considered to be healthy is 107, but I've always been bigger, so the thought of being tiny freaks me out a bit0 -

I'm a 5'5" girl. My highest was 173. My lowest was 128. Currently I'm at 165. I've always hovered around 145 and I'd be very happy being there again. I felt great at 128, healthiest and strongest I've ever been but I did feel thin. I couldn't imagine going much lower. Just trying to take it 10 pounds at a time for now.0

I'm 5'5ish and I honestly don't know what my goal weight is. I don't really know that a number is what matters to me, it's all about how I feel about my health in general. Right now I'm still overweight, but I'll get there eventually. My SW was 213 and my CW is 184. I'm thinking around 140 might be the target, but who knows, I might be happy at 150 or maybe I'll want to go lower than 140. I guess I'll see when I get there :-)0

GW 116-118 but then I plan on ramping up strength training so I anticipate it going up again. Right now I'm just doing maintenance WT and cardio.0

I'm 5'3, and i think i look and feel my absolute best around 113-116 pounds.

I'm with you! I'm 5'5" GW 160. I used to be 154-158 and I was happy with that. I don't think I would look right weighing much less. I will see when I get there. 7 lbs to go!0 -
My goal is around 135. My highest was 195 late last year. Currently just under 175.
I think the lowest I got in (Jr. High) was 137, so that'll be a crazy accomplishment. No rush.0 -
I currently am 130lbs. I look/feel the best at 120, but my body naturally wants to be in the upper 120s0

I'm a little taller (5'6") and older (much, almost 58). Right now I weigh 128.4, size 6 and want to go down to 115, size 4/2. I have a small frame and know that I feel best at around 120 but want those 5 pounds to play with. Measurement is 38-29-38, have to work on that waist.0

Im 5'5.5 and down to 130 right now (from 143). Im a size 28/6 in most jeans. Anything above 135 and I look and feel bad, but I have a smallish frame. My goal was 125, but now that Im getting closer to that goal Im thinking maybe a toned 121-125. When I was 19 I hovered between 114-119 and looked and felt good, but now that Im older and have had kids, Im okay with weighing more as long as I am strong, too.0

I'm 5'5 and currently 180. My goal for now is about 140, I will possibly drop another 10 after that. My goals are more fitness related, as soon as I get enough weight off I plan on doing a recomp and working to build muscle. Can't say I'm interested in getting lower than 125.0

I'm nearly 5'5" and at 163 pounds I am wearing a U.S. size 8. Goal is 145 pounds, and I look great at that weight.
I have a medium-large bone structure and mesomorph body type (muscular).
I would look ILL at anything below 140 pounds, even though that is within the "normal" range.
Everyone's body is so different, I have a friend around my same height who is 140 now, but we wear the same size.0 -
when I was 130 lbs at 5'5 I was down right skinny. Not sure I want that look. I have been lifting heavy and have a lot of muscle in my legs. Im thinking about 140 lbs will be about right.
I look great at 160lbs though, but still losing.0 -

I don't have a tiny frame, but even at 117 I'm still a bit soft. I don't plan to lose anymore, though. I'd like to bulk and put on some muscle, but it's not the right time in my life right now (baby plans in the making). For now I'm eating at maintenance and lifting.0 -
I have a very small frame so my goal is 125, but my body composition is more important than scale weight so will reassess as I get closer...0

If I were 5'5" and medium framed I would aim for 130lbs. I'm 4'11" and large framed and MY goal is about 115-120lbs. I can't imagine that small weight on a taller woman. My mother is 5'2" and small framed and weighs 110 and has to wear kids jeans, she's tiny.0
