I have my goal at 125, though I'd really like to be at 123 by the end of this month. I just am not sure I can do large losses like I was doing when I was bigger. And I really don't mind slowing down the weight loss as I get closer to maintenance/recomp. Fitness goals for the month: 4 minutes worth of a plank routine. Multiple 8 minute miles during my 'fast/interval' run. 20 push-ups in a row with no rest. Possibly adding the weight lifting class two times a month by end of month.

Hi Folks - I've got a fantastic holiday booked for October so really need to get backside in gear and do something about the weight I carry and my fitness levels. New to posting etc so hope this will give me a boost.
