I never drank pasteurized cow milk. It made me feel bloated and mucousy. I have,since,converted to raw cows milk and my immunity, digestion etc are healing and I cant believe how much i love it. Love the fermented foods *kitten* comment! I feel the same way! Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon has some great fermented foods section and is a great resource. I consume kombucha, veggies, beet kvass, fermented cod liver oil and raw apple cider vinegar.

There is a science to this and lots of theories.... when i did lifting, i did rest days. When i did cardio it depended, on how hard i did and then i still liked to get yoga/ walking/ tai chi etc in just to keep momentum but 1-2 is good in my opinion

Just based on the post I would say you have to change the way you think about working out. Analyze the thoughts that you are telling yourself about exercise. Your thoughts lead to how you feel which leads to how you act. Also, it might help to make it more painful to not workout than to workout.

From the start, I have about 100lbs to lose. Technically I think, 118 to lose and 20-25 lbs of muscle to gain. Due to my small frame and height I should weight 100lbs but i want to look healthy and fit so I am aiming for a toned 125. Anyone who wants support nice or mean lmao, add me :D
