Like everyone else, it's been a journey! I can say though in a month I have lost 7 lbs and I'm proud of myself! Motivation is high and I'm looking forward to see what happens next month! :happy:

Even though I figured out my TDEE i kinda still dont get the calorie thing so I'm just going to eat my 1200 calories and do my workouts

Down to 165.8 Lost only 0.2 But I'm good with this due to I have been working a lot more than usual and maybe building muscle... I know they are getting tighter so I will accept this.... I know I'm doing good and staying motivated so Go Team!!

I know my weight went up last week but I got it back down the beginning of the week so we'll see what happens tomorrow. If my weight is the same I won't be too upset due to I have been working my *kitten* off at the gym and on my Fitness Challenge. So we will see in the morning

I agree and if you want to eat pizza with the coworkers, BRING your OWN healthy pizza! That's what I do!!

I lost a little over 1 lb this week. I started at 167.2 End of this week: 166 Slow progress but good progress!

This week went pretty well to a point. I ate right and stayed on track but I think my thyroid is being a butt to me!! I was doing great and going down but I'm afraid to see what tomorrow brings due to it went up Thursday.... I'm going to be upset if it is but I'm not going to give up..I refuse to!

No cheat days for me! I'm afraid if I have one it wouldn't be good, so I'm not allowing one. Determined to get where I finally want to be.:bigsmile:

Dinner tonight so far is Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast with spices, Fresh Raw Baby Carrots and.......that's all I got so far..lol Maybe some white rice?....

Can't always be good.... Everyone will have their days where they just want that ONE thing! If you have the calories avaiable have a SERVING but just that one serving and log it in.... You will be surprised how many of us do it BUT dont count it in our calories...

I would have to say I love my hair..It has always been my best feature. Also, use to love my hands but not right now due to the cold weather has dried them out really bad.... :sad:

AWESOME JOB! At my job, the stuents cook a lot especially on Fridays..It is SOOOOO hard to resist at times. I'm feeling good..Trying to stay warm in this cold weather. Water in take is going well today and will tomorrow since I have off due to the weather but after that I'm not sure how I'm going to do it cuz then I'm going to have to pee a lot and won't be able to due to I can't leave my class as much ....What to do?!

I am so ready to do this. Since I came back to MFP I started to keep a blog so I can stay accountable for all I do... so doing a weekly update is a real good idea!
