You're right but thats why the article said one OR two..... you customize.... the point of it was to not completely restrict yourself as that is how people would most likely fall off course or give up...

I also have bad headaches and migraines and although none of us on here can diagnose you, I agree w/ what everyone said above.... Another thing to consider is your breathing......believe it or not, shallow breathing or quick breaths can cause headaches as well.....

yes, lunges is one move (besides the deadlift which I would like to master as well but haven't yet but that is a whole 'nother topic LOL) that I would really like to do..... My trainer (she's not my trainer no more) had me start right away on walking lunges without doing regular lunges at first so you're all probably right…

thanks for the feedback guys -- so strengthening my thighs and glutes muscles would help alleviate knee pain when doing lunges??

I think recipe trades - particularly recipes w/ local ingredients or even sharing the nutritional value/info about some of our local dishes would be awesome......i.e - calories amount, fat, etc for the garden omelet from the Original Pancake House, a laulau from Youngs Fishmarket or a recipe for a lighter version of a li…

Eat a healthy meal before you go and if you do drink alcohol on that day, nurse it -- drink slowly!! Our team is playing this year (GOOOOOO NINERS) so its a VERY SPECIAL Superbowl for us and I will be making an exception for this day!!! Hey, last time my NINERS were in the SuperBowl was 18 years ago!!! ;)
