Hi Shredders L2D3. In the bag at 445 am and let me tell you I was groaning out loud ; it seemed to help. Made it through with out stopping and the plank twists are killer. You feel them everywhere!! Just in from my 30 minute walk for the evening total calorie burn for the day 440!!!!! Tired now but happy!!! In the AM Janet

Morning The whole work out is supposed to be 30 days - 3 levels - 10 days per level . She does not prompt you when to move - that's left up to your own discretion and fitness assessment. I did not "perfect " level 1 before moving to level 2. I modified some of the moves and kept moving. I figure I can always go back to…

Hi Shredders I completed level one day 10 on Friday and walked for 40 minutes after work I have to admit this has been a pretty indulgent weekend with DH. Hi Two/day-ers Have shredded every morning this week and walked every night except for Tuesday. DH and I got a 70 minute walk in tonight and it was fantastic!!! Hi everyone Day 9 done and tomorrow the final day at level one. Per my HRM burned210 calories and DH and I walked for 70minutes tonight it was a perfect evening. Hey Shredders Happy Saturday!! Day 6 done and per my polar hrm I burned 200 calories - all due respect to MFP - my calorie burn is lower that what they suggest when I compare to my hrm.
