Thank you for you help finally was able to sync the UP it is showing steps but nit adjusting exercise in the calories for the day i was hoping it would record in exercise

I use coconut milk unsweetened, a scoop of protein powder, pineapple frozen,bannana frozen, a couple of pieces, tbls hemp seeds, tbls chia, handfull frozen spinach or kale (can not taste the spinach but does make it green) and a pkt of stevia really good

Question why do so many people keep their food diaries locked it is so helpful to see how others are achieving success. I so hope more people in our "Lunch Ladies" will open their food diaries for others to grow from...we are in this together

I have tried many bars and found NuGo Slim bars to be a good fit for me only 2 carbs .
