I use six star protein mix with 1% milk. Are you using a specific brand?0
-
-scoop of protein
-cup of frozen berries or banana
-unsweetened cocoa powder
- cup cashew milk
-1/4-1/2 cup of water
-stevia
-carbmaster flavored yogurt
-ice cubes
-xanthan gum (optional)
-torani SF syrups
-cinnamon
Blend and you have extremely high volume shake/ protein fluff. Top with any favorite cereal to add some crunch

I use coconut milk unsweetened, a scoop of protein powder, pineapple frozen, bannana frozen, a couple of pieces, tbls hemp seeds, tbls chia, handfull frozen spinach or kale (can not taste the spinach but does make it green) and a pkt of stevia really good0

2 cups of almond milk, 60 grams canned pumpkin, stevia, walden farms chocolate syrup, pumpkin pie spice, ice cubes, and PEScience snicker doodle protein powder.0

So you went out and bought PEScience powder already?0 -
And made like 5 different shakes in 12hours?-1

My current favourite:
a scoop of chocolate protein powder (i'm using optimum nutrition extreme milk chocolate), some fat free greek yoghurt (generally 1/3 of a 500g tub), a cup of frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc.), and water to thin it down so it's drinkable!
comes out around a little under 300cal, and I reckon it's really nice - it's kind of like black forest gateau in shake form... (albeit, with blueberries and raspberries instead of cherries...)

I use Forever Lite Ultra Vanilla and my favourite at the moment is to add banana and frozen summer fruits. Still experimenting with flavours.0
-
Fairlife chocolate milk 12 oz
ON Cake donut scoop
44 protein 22 carbs 8 fat
330 cals. Easy.

Usually just have one shake at night so Optimum Nutrition Double Chocolate Casein Protein powder with banana, avocado (not too much or it will be too thick), tbsp. peanut butter, 1 cup mixed berries,
during the day just a scoop of Syntrax Nectar Cappuccino as needed0 -
I like 8oz Fair Life chocolate and 2 tbsp Krema peanut butter with ice @Hornsby
As a vegetarian, Fair Life helps A LOT!0 -
i have two "go to" smoothies:
for my chocolate cravings:
- Tera's whey dark chocolate protein powder. 1-2 scoops (55-110 cal)
- a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (30 cal)
-a few chunks of frozen banana (approx 50 cal)
-a small handful of oats (approx 50 cal)
for something fresh and fruity:
-one cup of spinach (10 cals)
-water (0)
-one cup of frozen mixed berries (70 cals)
-one packet of truvia (0)
-one tbsp chia seeds (70 cals)
-plain Greek yogurt (100 cal)
I blend the spinach and water first then add the rest.0 -
Isoburn strawberry milkshake flavor:)0
