If you hit your macros you will automatically be hitting your calories.

I competed in bikini class back in March 2015. Started to weight rebound around June and spiraled really bad into the winter. Pair that with a car accident and the end of my 3 year relationship and I gained 40 pounds. Spent most of 2016 feeling sorry for myself and wrapped up in a relationship with an addict/alcoholic so…

I think the salted caramel is not bad although I just use it to top my protein mug cake; I dont eat it on its own right out of the carton.....

quote="BigLifter10;32512247"]I regularly put a tablespoon of MuscleTech vanilla cake flavor in my cottage cheese or yogurt. Also add it to my oatmeal with pb2. Good with coffee if you use a hand-held blender (mine is Proctor-Silex) quick whir of that and it mixes just fine. Stirring - not too great (lumpy). Edited to add:…

5'6" maintaining between 120-125; dropped down to 118 for a bit and was feeling very low energy, when I got back to 120 I felt much better. Maintenance calories are around the 2,000 mark.

Coffee, oats, a casein mug cake and peanut butter. These get built into my diet first and everything else gets put in around it to make my numbers work. I'm in competition prep right now so I dont have a ton of foods i look forward to but I make sure that some of my favorites fit into my macros.

34 g Optimum Nutrition peanut butter chocolate casein 8 g Nutivia coconut flour 1/2 tsp baking powder (Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl) 32 g liquid egg whites 60 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk 60 g canned pumpkin (Mix into the dry ingredients; it will seem dry and a little hard to combine but that is fine, if it’s…

Every evening I end my night with a casein protein cake topped with natural peanut butter. I also make a chai latte with unsweetened almond milk and white chocolate protein powder. The combination of the slow digesting casein protein paired with the healthy satiating fats from the peanut butter really shut down my urge to…

I like to make protein lattes. Today's morning coffee went as such: 20g Phase 8 Milk Chocolate protein powder 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 30g Torani sugar-free dark chocolate macadamia nut syrup Shake all this ingredients in a shaker bottle first, then add your coffee (this helps avoid the powder from clumping by…

I have been there with the struggle of wanting to eat everything at night! For me I like something sweet at the end of my day so I have a casein mug cake topped with almond butter and a little Walden farms pancake syrup. I also make a hot tea (usually chai) with 1/4c almond milk. The mixture of the slow digesting protein…

I love peanut butter cheerios with diced bananas sprinkled with cinnamon. For my milk I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder mixed in my shaker then pour it on top of the cereal and cinnamon bananas so the flavors all meld together.

I workout from home as well, I do dumbbell workouts and HIIT circuits. Today I did a killer total body superset dumbbell routine and ran the stairs in my 5 story apartment complex between each superset. Do you have a program you are doing or do you make up your own workouts?

ChocoLove has great flavors. They are based out of Boulder, CO so I'm not sure if its a Colorado only thing because I haven’t seen it mentioned in this thread but everything I have tried by them has been fantastic!

I started at about 215; my pics are on my profile :) I didn’t start using MFP until maintenance though which is why you don’t see weight loss on my tracker.

Brillant, I love single serving anything!

Honestly I know you said you don't eat a lot of protein but trading some of your carb macros for protein would keep you feeling fuller long.

Agreed! I love all their flavors, some I use more for baked goods and to add to my oats like the cake batter and red velvet, but for shakes I love Cinnamon swirl, chocolate peanut butter marshmallow, mint chocolate chip, and s’mores.

I have been using Endomondo while training for my upcoming half marathon and I've been very happy with it. I like that I can go online and plan a route beforehand because with running so many miles I like to change up where I am going so I don’t get bored.

I agree with the poster above, your log is not accurate the almonds are the biggest red flag! Then you should be weighing everything with a food scale, and I mean EVERYTHING.

If you open your diary it would be easier to be more helpful.

Incorrect: What many people don't realize is that bacteria in your gut feed on some types of fiber. They chow down on your dietary bulk and it results in the production of short-chain fatty acids, which your body can use. So from that point of view, fiber would count as calories. However, not all the fiber that you eat…
