I have been wanting to switch up my workout routine so I can gain more muscle. I've been searching for some ideas, but am curious to see what some of your guys' workout splits look like.

Here is a list of lifting programs.

    I just switched from Wendler's 5/3/1 from Stronglifts 5x5.

Personally, I do and like the following. It works well for my goals. Sometimes it takes time to find what works best for you.

    Legs
    Back
    Arms
    Shoulders
    Chest

    In no particular order.

Everyone will have a different answer for you. My current split looks like this:

    Legs
    Chest & Triceps
    Shoulders
    Back & Biceps
    Legs
    Plyometric Circuit
    Rest (or yoga)

I don't do a split, but more full body with lower focus 3x per week, and includes these kinds of exercises each time:

-Glute dominant, quad dominant, horizontal/vertical pull, horizontal/vertical press, hamstring or hip dominant, glute accessory, core and glute finishers (if I have time)

Plus one day of glute band work.

Are you set on doing a split? I liked doing stronglifts 5x5 but then changed it from ABA/BAB to doing all 5 lifts twice per week. I feel like it works really well. It is a full- body compound routine , though.
