YES!! But, when I'm going through the drive-thru or sitting at a restaurant, I use the MFP phone app. I pick what I'd like to eat, see the nutritional content, and go from there. It's easy and the main reason I started using MFP :)

My exercise is a little less conventional, but it burns calories!! I waitress at a busy bar 3 nights a week, work on my feet at a lab, and walk to classes on campus. I make it to the gym MAYBE once a week.
