    It's a good thing I upped my goal this week. My department got a free work-sponsored lunch yesterday, and afterwards I looked up the calories. UGH. I thought I was being good by skipping the bacon, cheese, and egg on my hamburger, but the french fries were over 650 calories! I should have skipped them and enjoyed bacon instead, since it has fewer calories and tastes better.

    Weekly Goal: 5000

    Mon: 200 + 500 + 500 (biking to/from kettlebells, kettlebells class, biking to/from work)
    Tues: 500 (biking to/from work)
    Wed: 200 + 500 + 500 (biking to/from kettlebells, kettlebells class, biking to/from work)

    Tuesday 38 (was ill, but I walked to the pharmacy further away instead of to the one close by)
