Yea basically what everyone else is saying. Change things up with your workout or running. Usually what helps me is to shock my body someway. Maybe start doing hard sprints or run for a really long distance once a week. Something that your body isnt use to.

Good to goodwill and find anything warm. I usually try and find the uglyest sweater and sweat pants I can find. That way after you start running and warm up, you can throw it away.

Yea, change up your workout. I hit plateau's all the time. I just run different. Maybe start doing sprints, or run for a long time period. Maybe jump on a bike or a row machine. Different sports sometimes help too. If your body is use to basketball, try some flag football or volleyball. Just anything that is different than…

Ok, this a questioned I wanted to ask too. So my protein is way over too, but because I have 2 shakes a day. I workout alot and want to make sure my muscles get enough. My protein is like 50-60 grams over, but I stay in my calories. Im good right? Jake

They are called shins splints. I use to get them from running on my toes. I have heard of different reasons people get them. Make sure you are running properly (heel to toe) and have good shoes. Thats what worked for me. Jake

Im not sure how to figure out my true BMI. Im 70 inches tall (5'10), Im about 185-190. A day I get about 2000 cals, but this site says I need about 2500 or more on days I ran far.
