hi. I am pretty new w/ all this myself so I'm not sure if I'm the right person to give advice. My weight keeps going all over the place so I'm not sure if I have it down myself. I do both. I do the treadmill twice a day. Once in the morning/early afternoon and the second time after dinner. Somewhere I heard that walking after dinner helped the food to digest. I'm not sure if it's true but it makes me feel good.

Thanks! I like the Biggest Loser wii game. Although I have gotten away from it some. I'd rather zone out on the treadmill as opposed to being in front of the tv. I like to use the game as my motivation and for the weigh ins and the challenges are fun. Sometimes w/ the game I get the kids involved. One of us will hold the…
