  • How important is it to follow the nutrition guide if I don't have access to that book? How many calories should someone be eating? Also I have no HRM to gauge how many calories I am burning so I'll be doing this all based off of rough estimates anyhow.

  • I did my 1st day of level 2 today. All of the shoulder raises were intense. But I kind of like level 2 due to the lack of pushups lol.

  • I know. Just picking. I woke up this a.m. to do day 3 level 1 and it wasn't as hard today as it was to do it yesterday. However, I still suck at pushups.
