Can someone explain to me the order of how to do the dvds or point me to the place to find it? I have the dvds but no book yet. Thank you!

    How important is it to follow the nutrition guide if I don't have access to that book? How many calories should someone be eating? Also I have no HRM to gauge how many calories I am burning so I'll be doing this all based off of rough estimates anyhow.
