  • RAIN ride (ride across Indiana) is 160 miles- 1 day ride. I'm hoping to jump that hurdle this year.
  • So far this week to start July: Swim: 0 (Booooo!) Run: 0 (Booooo!) Bike: 70 miles Planning to run/walk tomorrow morning! It has been over 100 degrees everyday for the last 2 weeks here in Indiana! It's ridiculous. I have to get out super early otherwise it's just miserable right now. Anyone else struggling with the heat?
  • Great Idea! I like those goals. I competed in one Duathlon and ran my first half-marathon last summer. I would really like to get myself ready for a sprint tri. The swimming scares me.   • I recommend any of the "Palace Resorts". They are in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. They have always treated us extremely well! They will make you feel at home... except that you will have an amazing view and fantastic food!!
  • I have been wearing my Heart Rate Monitor each workout. It has read between 260-300 calories for each workout. I added a cardio exercise and labeled it "30 Day Shred". Each day I log the amount of KCals burned.
  • I'm going to start tomorrow also. This will be my first time trying this workout! I'm excited! I've seen great results from others here on this website. How do we hold each other accountable? What measurements or images should I take here at the beginning? Suggestions?
