just wondering for those doing 30 day shred, how do you put your exercise in?

    i created a new exercise. i read it was around 180 calories, so to be on the safe side i log it as 150.

    I have been wearing my Heart Rate Monitor each workout. It has read between 260-300 calories for each workout. I added a cardio exercise and labeled it "30 Day Shred". Each day I log the amount of KCals burned.

    What level are you doing? Just curious, I don't have a HRM yet so I looked up calories burned doing 30 DS and estimate a little low.
