I'm in the exact same situation as you! For the past month, I've been eating super well during the day, but crash after dinner. I've tried getting myself to stop today, but ended up pigging out on chocolate coconut milkshakes. :embarassed:

I'm trying to stay away from processed foods. But they're great if you're in a rush and need a quick meal.
-
I'm still in the process of training my body to eating better foods. :P But the same thing happened to me with soda. I used to drink a few cans a day, now the thought of it disgusts me.

You look AMAZING. I feel so motivated now. Haha.

Your birthday only comes once a year. Take a break from calorie counting, enjoy the good food and have a happy birthday. You can always get back on track the next day.

I'm drinking Blue Diamond Original Almond milk. Haven't tried Silk, but I probably should... It tastes sooo good for only 60 calories. Especially with cereal or oatmeal for breakfast.

They're still kids, and their growing bodies need food. Just make sure that you give them healthy, fresh foods. I used to be able to eat sandwiches, bags of crackers, soup, waffles all in one sitting and stay fit when I was a kid. Now more of the food's making me fatter than taller. Haha.

Haha. I'm laughing so hard right now reading this. Maybe I should consider switching my home workouts for the gym.

The same thing happened to me. I took a break from calorie counting and now I'm only using it to help me with portion control. It helped to eat healthy foods throughout the day until I was satisfied, and added up the calories at the end of the day.

Cheese and tomatoes. Try to stay away from the sugar in Fiber One.
-
Tortilla chips, garbanzo beans, veggies and homemade salsa. Mmm.
-
I've found myself eating more fruits and nuts instead of chips as a snack. I'm also trying to get myself to have a bigger breakfast, usually oatmeal.
-
You're not alone. I've been stuck in the same situation you are. Sometimes I'll have second thoughts about getting on a ride because I'm worried I'll just end up embarrassing myself.

My stomach has been a bottomless pit the past few days! I first drink some water or tea. If I'm still hungry, I'll eat something healthy like fruit or nuts. Don't worry about calories, listen to your body.

Being able to pull my thighs through my skinny jeans easily.

The past three weeks have been binge crazy for me. I ended up eating 2000 calories over my goal most days. :embarassed: I'm back on the wagon today. Don't feel bad, one day won't hurt you. Think about why it happened. The reason I got off track was probably because I limited myself to certain "good" foods and banned all…

What kinds of food are you eating? I find myself feeling guilty even under my calorie limit if I had something unhealthy. Also, how many calories are you consuming? Your body might be in starvation mode.
-
I never count the samples I get at grocery stores. I probably should. One afternoon, I added it up out of curiosity and found out I had just ate 300 calories of Costco food.

I always get the self-grind peanut butter at Whole Foods.

You're not the only one who loves reading food diaries... I do too. Feel free to read.

This is way better than living off of 100 calorie snack packs. I've been wanting to start eating more unprocessed for a while.
-
I've been trying to change my attitude about weight loss for a while. I used to weigh myself three or four times a day and get so upset if the number was up by a point or two. Now I'm trying to focus on getting healthy and realizing how unrealistic my goal weight was.
-
I used to have the same problem as you! Try putting a splash of juice or lemon slice in your water.
-
Aghh. Sweets are my main weakness. Especially chocolate and cheesecake. I'll try switching out some of my candy for fruit.
-
I started eating a piece of fruit, like a peach or banana every few hours. It stops me from overeating on junk foods and keeps me satisfied.

Don't worry about eating your exercise calories. I have them there just to save me for whenever I'm having late night snack cravings. I've tried skipping meals. It only caused me to start binging on thousands of calories as soon as the next meal came. Try having a healthy, light salad for dinner.
