  • Thank you all so much! And good luck! If I can do it with my horrid laziness, anyone can. Hahaha.
  • I guess the biggest plus side is that I work at Chipotle so not only do I get free dinner every night and the options aren't horrible (salads, bowls, corn soft tacos, what have you!) I'm also on my feet for 8 hours during my shift and we're always busy as heck! I'm constantly moving and running around! Definitely burning…
  • I generally eat mine back. Then again I only eat about 1200-1400 a day and then do a vigorous 500 cal exercise. I try to never net under 1000-1200. I used to eat 1200 a day and exercise without eating back my cals and eventually my weight loss stalled because my body was starving. So def eat at least 1000-1200 net calories.
  • If I look good, I feel good. If I feel good, I work hard! If I look like crap, I'm just not going to work as hard. In my opinion: No shame in wanting to look your best so that you perform your best!
  • Just thinking about ANYTHING from McDonald's makes me nauseous now. I used to eat a McChicken or a 10 piece chicken nugget and a medium fry at least once a week. It was my FAVORITE. Heard a rumor that they put out a statement admitting that the way their fries are prepared may lead to cancer (not sure if it's true or not)…
  • Alright ya'll. I've been doing Insanity for almost three weeks and haven't lost a pound! For those of you seeing results, are you following the nutrition guide? Does it work or what? I'm eating 1400 calories now, and I'm really nervous to bump it up to 1900 without hearing some success stories. Lol.
  • Hi ladies! I started 11 days ago, but I would love the support! Start Date: 6/26 End Date: 8/26 Following nutrition guide: Nope Starting weight (with Insanity): 165 Goal weight (hoping to reach after completion): Hmm... 150? Quick question! How many calories are ya'll eating while on the program? My bday's coming up in a…
  • I'm 5'3", 165, and I wear a size 10, but they're getting a bit loose. Even at 170-175, I still fit into a size 10 (though they get a bit snug, lol.) I also carry most of my weight in my hips/thighs/butt area. It's interesting to see how many different body types can fit into the same size!
  • Thanks for replying! I think what I really need to do is just eat (something healthy, of course) when I'm hungry. I tend to get frightened about upping calories or anything of that sort because I worry I won't lose the weight, but my body probably knows what it needs and I'm pretty good at telling hunger from cravings.
  • I started the shred a month ago and got about 4 days in and then just became overwhelmed with finals (for college) and all that mess and couldn't keep with the schedule of getting it done everyday. I ended up just going back to the gym (when I could, of course.) ANYWAY, I found that while doing 30DS, I felt like I wasn't…
