i second guess the mainly water-based cals of cucumber or tomatoes or asparagus but i always count the cals for beetroot or banana !

subway shut down years ago in switzerland but i am sure pre-prepared sandwiches in the supermarket aren't much better .. i make my own now that way i know what's in it and it's cheaper ..

i had that problem too until suuuuuuuuuuuuddenly they woke up and saw it .. i still see myself as fat tho .. but i'm addressing it LOL .. keep going and be proud .. u've done well and come a long way .. lift a few liter bottles of water to feel how much 38lbs really is !!!!

totally relate to it .. i still have problems buying new clothes .. i always try on sizes too big and i still see myself as overweight because the flaws are still there just smaller .. i try to like myself anyway but it's not something we're taught, so it's tough ... anyway keep up the good work, u've come a long way .. !!

i drink the warm water whilst taking my shower in the morning .. warm is good for bowel movements (LOL) .. i work at a desk, so i time myself to get up every hour and drink one glass of water and also to move around a bit, as sitting is not being too good for u .. i also have a glass of water before every meal which also…

i did my 15min of daily rowing and a bit of stretching .. sciatica nerve .. can't do more ..
