  • Or try unsweetened almond milk. It tastes really good and doesn't have the sugars that milk has.
  • I agree, don't eat them back and see what happens. Adding a bike ride a few times a week will help too, but keep in mind that exercising sometime makes you hungrier so if it does, try to stick to extra veggies and protein.
  • No way, don't wait! Just do it and you'll be fine. I understand your nervousness, because that was me in July before my first 5k. It was so great, and I only ran a 12 minute mile, but I felt like a pro! Walk if you need to, or not, but no matter what just do it and get it done. You will be great!
