  • Ya I saw the christmas pic I took with my family and really saw how much I have gained! I was so depressed cuz everyone in the family has that pic and I cant change it! I am now! I really didnt think I looked that bad till that pic. I have since lost some and feel so much better.
  • I figure if I eat it I then need to go outside and walk with my kids or work in the yard or clean the house to burn extra calories. If I keep moving I keep burning. Then try and eat right the rest of the day.

  • I was gym obsessed there for the last month and a half and thats where I gained all my weight back. Hmmm Everything in moderation. I still walk/run a few days a week but nothing as strenuous as what I was doing at the gym. When I lose the weight then I will start the weight training again to get it all toned up.

  • My baby is a little older he is 19mo old but I still need to lose 20lbs of my baby weight. I gained almost 60lbs while pregnant so i think Im doing alright. Good luck! It took me awhile for the weight to finally start comming off.

  • Ok well I measured myself and still I measure the same. I did try on some clothes and they seem to fit alot better so I guess there is some progress. But Im still not losing. I guess Im gonna have to excersise and eat alot less then what MFP is telling me to do.

  • I found Suger free instant oatmeal at walmart. Great Value Sugar Free Apples Cinnimon. Its pretty good just add a little spenda if its not sweet enough or fruit. Its only 110 cal and no sugar.
