Im not going nearly as fast as any of you guys, I am still on Level 1, day 9 now. I was planning on doing 30 days level 1 then 30 days level 2 and so on, does it recommend we only do 10 days per level?

I'm only on day 5 due to set backs from a bad back. I find it easier to get through the workouts when I turn Jillian's voice off, she gets distracting after a while, it went a lot quicker

I never eat that many calories but I have seen days where the scale goes up 3 pounds in one day, even after staying under calories...I think its the sodium, couldn't possibly be fat! That is why I try my hardest to stay away from Chinese food now, my body doesn't absorb it well :(

Completed L1d3 today....felt much better after a day of rest. Still sore though, and I have 3days in a row this time...hope I make it without skipping. 20 minutes is just right for me....for now :(

Completed day two this morning, I think will change to every other day....day two was harder than day 1. I thought yesterday was bad..today was much worse...I almost quit then Jillian said "you better not quit now, it's almost over" lol I think I will take off two days a week to give my body a break ...still thinking of what days to do that..thinking about tomorrow off lol
