I forgot to mention that I do crossfit on mondays, tuesdays, thursdays and fridays. Wednesdays I do kettlebell class or rest and on thursdays I do an hour of olympic lifting on top of crossfit. I rest on saturdays and sundays, once in awhile I do yoga class on saturdays.

OP did you read this?! this is correct. If you have a thyroid condition you cannot use TDEE calculations.

I crossfit :-) I will have done one month of real WOD (had a month of introduction classes) on the 27th and I am going to upload progress pictures because it is showing very clearly without the pictures, so it has already done wonders for me :wink: so look for progress pictures on the 27th of June :-)
