I said I would never go over 140 again. I went to 149 and was upset at myself so I lost 5lb and felt like I was on the right track but after a weekend away and birthday celebrations I didn't reign it back in. I appreciate your advice. It's true, it has to click in your head that you have the drive to achieve it. I guess it's taken me a little bit for the anger to make me do something about it. I'm on the right path for now I just hope I can stick to it. Cx

How is everyone doing with the 5:2? I'm about 2 months behind this post, it's worked for me in the past but I couldn't maintain and have put even more on after a bout out comfort eating after a bereavement, today is my first fast day back and I'm hoping I can manage. I just wanna fit my old clothes, it's making me sad. Cx

I really think this might help me cus normally i am good for a couple weeks then cave for like a week at a time and am back where i started so maybe your right and if i go all out one day a week it'll keep all those cravings at bay. Cx

I wish i knew a magic way to tell you that would help but i'm terrible for doing the same, for every 10lb i lose i put 4 back on before i get motivation again. only thing i can suggest is have a limit of say 4lb that you will let the scales hit and if you do hit it because of being bad you know you have to kick your…

I dont know much from experience, but i do read into alot of topics that come up and i guess i'd suggest drinking 2-3 litres of water a day because gaining 3lb in a day might be water weight if your and flushing things like sodium out, and also make sure you eat most of your exercise calories back because it can slow down…
