Sorry, in advance, y'all. I had a bad few days. Didn't log. Didn't meal plan. Didn't make great choices. So, when I weigh-in tomorrow, I don't think I'll be posting a loss. So sorry - I will do better. Starting right now - even though I didn't log all day, I'm at least going to log dinner.

Daily Post for Saturday & Friday- Was over both days... really wanted to just order a mess of food for dinner both days, but used restraint and ate what I had planned. But, I did go over both days.... admittedly, better than if I had given in. I weigh in tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Thanks @CrystalEssex ! He's totally fine - no fever, acting normal. They over-reacted, but were justified to do so. I just wish they would tell me if he's actually clear to return on Wednesday so I can plan for my own students.

Not as good as I would have liked. I had one "off" day this week where I was over my goal and other days I just didn't make great food choices. It will still be a loss tomorrow, but not as much as I wanted!
