  • I ALWAYS give into my cravings, but I just have a tiny bit. I think its much better than trying to avoid it and obsessing about. Just have a few bites and enjoy it and move on!
  • I use it as well, on days that I do not feel like going jogging. It is so much fun and a nice twist to the regular workout. But you would have to do at leat an hour I would say. And pick songs that are fast and require a lot of exercise. I also add extra jumps and moves that help me burn more.

  • Yup me too.. one of the main reasons I want to lose weight is because of my belly. I try crunches.. sit-ups, everything but it wont help if you have belly fat. Gotta lose the pounds! There are certain foods that help trim belly fat like salmon, lots of veggies

  • Yes I am a huge fan of salmon. Walmart sells these wild salmon individually wrapped, so easy and quick to cook. Cook up some veggies on the side or some lentils for extra protein, and you will feel great and full. Great for the belly!!
