I am trying to loose over 100lbs and i have been up/down my whole life with loosing the weight and keeping it off! I need to know what kind of foods would work to get atleast half of the weight off ina year? Whats the things i should go away from and start looking towards eating? how much sugar is to much... && i dont want to go on a "diet", I want this to be a life change! Hope to get some advice thank yoooou! This site really keeps me motivated ! (:

I have done this in the past as a diet but did not work at all.... because I ended up cutting out way too many things and was craving everything like crazy. I did lose a lot of weight but gained it right back as soon as I started eating junk food again. This is great for giving you ideas on healhty meals, NOT FOR A DIET BUT for a PERMANENT NEW WAY OF EATING HEALTHY.0
