This! I'm 50lbs down, and just realising that very little fits.
-
I like overnight oats for work, with cocoa powder, banana, and peanut butter.
-
I'm in maintenance now, but I drank half a can of lemonade/coke most days... I actually find a whole can too much now, even though I have the spare calories!
-
I've been in maintenance for nearly a month, and I've lost an additional 2lb since then. I don't mind though, as I still have a bit of stubborn fat that I wouldn't be sad to lose!
-
My increase was, disappointingly, only about 200 calories!
-
Just herbs and spices for me.
-
I went into maintenance on Saturday, and MFP has given me - at 5' 6" - 1640 calories per day. Disappointingly, it's not many more than my weight loss phase! I typically earn around 300 activity calories, so my guess is that it will be about 1900.

Definitely just buy a small number (1 or 2) at a time. I lost 3-4 dress sizes, but my cup size stayed the same.
-
You can absolutely do it! I'm now 3lb away from reaching my target of a 48lb loss, so it's definitely achievable
-
Yes! I've had to start again with clothes, so I'm taking the time to build a new capsule wardrobe, and really figure out what my 'style' is. I've had years of wearing clothes that were just meh, and I didn't love anything I had.

I've found it best to not overthink things, to keep it simple, to pre-log my day, and to make sure that I don't create a feeling of deprivation by restricting my diet to things I think I *should* be eating.
-
It used to be on a Sunday, but, now that I'm close to my target, I check at random!
-
I have my MFP settings set to sedentary, and it takes me about 2,500 steps before I start to see any exercise calories.
-
I successfully tried on some UK size 10 trousers on the weekend, for the first time in my adult life.
-
I'm in my goal dress :)
-
I bought a new dress on the weekend... a UK size 12!
-
I've got a large pile of clothes to donate now, but I'm trying to avoid buying anything new as much as I can. Luckily I had a few old things, which were too small, in storage, which now fit me, but other than that, I'm just making do with fewer items and wearing them more. I have had to buy new underwear though, as I was…

I've learnt to ignore it; I don't even notice it's there now!

Running is automatically detected by Fitbit, but cycling isn't - the app does let me enter non-step exercise manually.
-
I find it easier not to over-complicate things; I'm eating the same food as before, but less, and I'm losing at a good rate.
-
I would just have a light snack, and save the calories for later in the week.
-
Couch to 5K, definitely! I couldn't run at all before, and now I'm on week 4, running for 5 minutes at a time... I didn't believe it was possible when I started. I also built up my walking stamina (distance and speed) before I started the programme, which I think helped.
-
My Fitbit buzzes at me every hour - if I haven't done enough steps during that hour - so that reminds me to get up for a wander (I do a circuit round my building); it was the reason I got a fitness tracker to begin with.
-
Exercise isn't required for weight loss, so it's definitely possible to be successful even with a sedentary job. I do try to get up, for a wander, every hour though, and try to be as active as possible when I'm outside of the office.
-
Ditch it. Do something that you look forward to.
-
It happens... I've just gone down two band sizes, and up two cup sizes accordingly.
-
I've just completed Week 3 Day 2, and already those 1-minute runs seem so much easier than they did. I'm not looking forward to 5 minutes next week, but I'm going to concentrate on keeping my speed slow (and breathing)!
-
Absolutely MFP! I left WW after a week. Besides, MFP has a better community, and is free.
-
Welcome, and congrats on your escape :p I had a brief trial on the new WW system, and, like you, found it incredibly restrictive. It seemed to me that the majority of people in the community were filling their day with low-cal fake foods. Good luck with your MFP journey!

You can absolutely do it! Once you get into the routine of it, it will get easier.
